The Active&Fit EnterpriseTM program available through health plans and employer groups, provides members with fitness options and well-being resources.
As a member, you have access to thousands of participating fitness centers nationwide.
If you like to work out at home, you may also be able to select a Home Fitness Kit. Kit options may include Strength, Swim, Yoga, and a Wearable Fitness Tracker.
Active&Fit members may also have access to:
- A variety of on-demand workout videos for all fitness levels
- Workout plans to help you start or continue an exercise routine
- One-on-one Well-Being Coaching sessions by phone, video, or chat
- Fitness tracking with the Connected! tool
- Premium membership options at thousands of additional fitness centers, exercise studios, and unique fitness experiences
- Exclusive online library of fitness and well-being resources
Your health plan or employer may not participate in all features listed. All programs and services are not available in all areas. Please talk with your doctor before you start or change your exercise routine. Persons shown are not Active&Fit Enterprise members. Nonstandard services at the fitness center that call for an added fee are not part of the Active&Fit Enterprise program. Purchase of a wearable fitness tracker or app may be required to use the Connected! tool and is not reimbursable by the Active&Fit Enterprise program. Fitness center participation, Home Fitness Kits, and on-demand workout videos are subject to change.
